Kenya Japan Business Forum 2025

The Kenya-Japan Business Forum 2025 to be held in Nairobi on 16th January 2025 will serve as a reciprocation of a similar business forum that was held on 8th February, 2024 in Tokyo, Japan on the margins of the state visit by H.E. the President of Kenya from 7th – 9th February, 2024. The business forum in Tokyo brought together over 140 Japanese and 40 Kenyan private sector companies.

The Business Forum serves as a stepping stone to deepen economic collaboration between Kenya and Japan. Through this engagement, Kenya aims to attract increased investment, technology transfer and market access, fostering industrialization and economic transformation. These efforts are integral to achieving the objectives of the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) and the Fourth Medium Term Plan (MTP) of the Kenya Vision 2030.
